Sintered Metal Fiber Filter Cartridge
Metallic fiber felt is made of metal fiber in micrometer through lapping, lamination and high temperature sintering. Multi-layers metallic fiber felt which have graded pore sizes formed by layers of different fiber diameters can achieve high filtering accuracy and higher dirt holding capacity (DHC) than single layer felt. Metallic fiber felt has excellent uniform distribution, high permeability and excellent mechanical strength. It is not only resistant to corrosion and high temperature, but can be welded, folded and reused. The metallic fiber felt is an ideal high efficiency filter media suitable for working at high temperature, high differential pressure and high corrosion conditions. Micron ratings from 3 to 100 μm and sizes up to 1200 × 1500 mm available upon request.
Feature
- long on-stream lifetime - downscaling is possible (fewer filter surface is needed to filter the same)

Application
Diversified Structures
The porous and nonwoven fiber matrix is available as a single or multiple layer structure. This metal fiber medium is also available with woven screen mesh sintered to either one or both sides. Adding wire meshes increases the strength, protects the fibers, and allows cross- drainage between the medium and the perforated core structure.
